Terms & Conditions (AGB) – Photography Services
1. Booking & Confirmation
• A booking is confirmed only after a signed agreement and payment of the deposit (usually 30% of total fee).
• All session details (date, location, duration) are confirmed in writing.
2. Payment
• Full payment is due before delivery of final edited images unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.
• Prices are in CHF and include standard editing unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellation more than 7 days before the session: deposit refunded minus 50 CHF administration fee.
• Cancellation within 7 days: deposit is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is possible depending on availability; the deposit may be transferred to the new date.
4. Delivery
• Edited images are delivered digitally via online gallery or file transfer.
• Delivery time: 5–14 days for standard editing, express delivery (48h) available as an add-on.
• Unedited raw files are not included unless specifically agreed.
5. Copyright & Usage
• Photographer retains copyright to all images.
• Client receives a personal usage license for non-commercial purposes unless commercial rights are purchased.
• Commercial use or resale requires a separate license agreement.
6. Liability
• Photographer is not liable for damages or losses incurred during the session unless caused by negligence.
• Client is responsible for own safety, property, and any third-party permissions required for locations.
7. Model Release
• By booking, the client grants the photographer permission to use images for portfolio, marketing, social media, and website purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing.
